Mr. Monk Goes to Germany by Lee Goldberg. Monk's psychiatrist goes to Lohr, Germany, for a convention. Not wanting to miss any of his appointments, he takes his assistant, Natalie, and follows the doctor to Germany. He is obsessive/compulsive and even the uneveness of the cobblestones in the streets bother him. Monk does manage to solve a couple murders and also thinks he may have found the person who killed his wife several years ago. An amusing mystery - recommended for anyone who watches the program on TV.
