Celebrate Libraries throughout the month of September! Join the Harker Heights Public Library for programs, materials, and more!
Now is the time to get library cards for you and your family. Just bring in your current picture ID and something that shows your name and current address! Children age 17 and under must bring in a parent or guardian to get a library card.
Whether you get a new library card or you already have one, you can enjoy a variety of events:
Stories, Stories, Stories – Wednesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. (preschoolers) and Thursday at 9:00 a.m. (todders)
Children discover a world of books, rhymes, and more each week!
Drink Up a Good Book Teen Program – Monday, September 19 at 4:00 p.m.
What is your favorite soda? Could you pick it out from a taste test? Here’s your chance to try!
Barnes and Noble Library Card Sign-up event – Saturday, September 17 from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
The Library teams up with the Harker Heights Barnes and Noble to provide a fun day of stories, games, eReader workshops and more! Sign up for a library card on the spot at Barnes and Noble!
